From our 30,000 sq. ft. specialist production facility in Enniscorthy, Co Wexford our design team will break down your building into a series of pre-cut and pre-fabricated panels which are then manufactured to order and shipped to site where the system then slots together with ease. Once fully erected and braced the panels are then poured with concrete to form a highly insulated, strong, air tight structure.

Insulated Concrete Formwork (ICF) is a building system utilising formwork panels, manufactured from ultra high density expanded polystyrene (EPS), which are used to construct walls, floors and roof panels for housing and other buildings. These panels are then filled with ready-mixed concrete and left in place permanently as thermal insulation. The result is a building that is fully insulated on the inside and outside.
